Refund policy

We're sad to hear that our Fridababy product didn't work for you, but don't worry; you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow 10 - 15 days for any credit card adjustments to appear.
